Recently our Victorian Trade Partner Charity Golf Day 🏌️♂️brought together incredible people for a day of connection 🤝, collaboration and friendly competition.
Together with our valued trade partners, we raised $61,000 🎆 for @flickerofhopefoundation , supporting vital research into Neurofibromatosis 🧬
The generosity shown on the day will help advance understanding and improve outcomes for individuals and families impacted by the condition proving the power of partnership goes well beyond the build 🏗️🛠✨

👷👷♀️Little People Who Build days = big smiles 😁, busy sites 🚧 and LOTS of horn honking 🚜
Our NSW branch recently hosted Little People Who Build at the Condell Park High School site 🏫with over 45 Little ADCO and Trade Partner people 👏joining us for a fun‑filled morning 🌞🎉. Thank you to the CPHS team for hosting this year’s event 🙌
Meanwhile in WA, Perth Hockey Stadium 🏑was the place to be 📍
With activity tables 🎨, a pizza food truck 🍕🚛and a Hockey WA coaching session, 60 kids jumped in and soaked up every moment 💥, heading home with a goodie bag 🎁and some great memories.
These days are a much‑loved ADCO tradition 💙, bringing families 👨👩👧👦together and letting our kids experience the work we do and why we’re so proud of it 🌟

After topping out late last year 🎉, the team is now powering through internal fit‑out and finishing works 🔨as this 10‑storey, 90‑room hotel 🏨edges closer to completion.
From basement excavation ⛏to the final suspended slab, this project has been all about precision 🎯, teamwork 🤝and consistency and now the vision is really starting to take shape.

🏗️ADCO has successfully completed works on the Armoured Fighting Vehicle Facilities Program – Stage 1.
🤝Our team stepped in to complete the remaining critical works, navigating complex challenges to achieve a successful handover of this facility.
🏛Named the O’Donnell Centre in October 2025, the facility will play a key role in supporting Army training capability for years to come.

Following completion of the main facilities allowing the school to open and operate from Day 1, Term 1 2026🗓✅, the final ancillary facilities at Kolorer College, Cobblebank are now complete 🛠🙌
The project wraps up with delivery of the sports field and a community hub with:

💪a fitness room
🎶specialist learning areas for music and drama
