Ours consists of cold-pressed organic turmeric and organic ginger roots, frozen in capsules to preserve freshness, nutrients, and conveniently squeezable into your drinks. It is very aromatic and smooth to your throat without leaving irritating powder grits at the bottom of your cup.
Simply thaw one in warm water while you are preparing your drink then squeeze half in and enjoy!

My new morning routine is adding the Golden Milk Capsule to my matcha with nut milk!
Turmeric and ginger are know for its anti-inflammation, antioxidation, and immunity boosting properties. Sometimes I put it in warm milk at night for a good night sleep.
To get the most benefit from it, it should be taken with a good fat like nut milk and give it a dash of pepper in your drink to help our body absorb the turmeric.
