We’re cousins who first met aged 7 and 10, and from the start, we shared a love for bringing people together and creating beautiful, memorable experiences. What started as organising family events soon grew into something much more — and that’s how Adaora Events was born.
Our journey began with event decor, but as we fell more in love with the intricacies of wedding coordination, we knew we could do even more. Now, as wedding project managers — and soon full planners — we’re here to turn your vision into reality, with care, precision, and love.
For us, it’s all about balance. We bring creativity, but we’re also grounded in realism, ensuring you get the wedding of your dreams while minimising stress or disappointment. Our goal is for you to feel truly looked after, with the freedom to feel every moment of your day. We treat our vendors with respect because we believe happy vendors lead to a smooth, seamless experience for everyone.
One of our most fulfilling moments? It’s not just the big “I do” it’s when we’re there in the quiet, emotional moments, like helping the mother of the bride into her dress, or simply being there for her when it’s finally her time to breathe. And of course, we live for those “we did that!” moments like when the bride walks down the aisle on time and everything falls into place perfectly.
