My boy came home this weekend with four trophies from his dance comps!!
But honestly, it wasn’t even about the trophies… it was his face. Just pure happiness, proper proud of himself. That’s what winning should feel like, super proud of the boy.
One thing I’ve learnt though is as you get older you start to realise, it’s not about trophies or crowns, none of that really matters.
I already won a long time ago.
Everything I need is right here.
I walked through this journey with my heart first, no matter what came my way…It was not always easy, there were moments that could have broken me, but I stayed true to myself and that is something I will always be proud of.
I have realised that when people try to dim your light, it says more about them than it ever will about you. This experience has shown me my strength in ways I never imagined. Not because of any title or recognition, but because I stayed kind, I stayed grounded and I stayed real.
Family means everything to me, and there is one person who has been my rock through it all. Happy birthday to my Beautiful wife, you have stood by me when things were tough and reminded me of my strength when I needed it most. I would not be who I am without you.
To everyone who supported me, who believed in me and showed love, thank you, it means more than I can ever put into words.
And to those who doubted me or tried to bring me down, I carry no negativity towards you. I have already won in the ways that matter most. I have love, I have happiness and I have stayed true to myself, and that is something no one can ever take away from me.
I hope one day you can do the same ❤️
We got to the final… 🌟
Spending time in camp with these incredible people has been nothing short of a privilege. From listening to Harry’s stories, to Craig’s poems, to Mo’s unreal cooking, and Scarlett’s love for life, every moment brought something special. They truly kept the spirit of camp alive, and I’ll forever be grateful for the memories we’ve shared. I know a lot of my time in camp which has been aired recently has been drama, but there was so much more… so many laughs and so much love and warmth.
But I have to say, I’ve seen some comments going around about things that some of my fellow campmates said during the row between me and Jimmy, and I just want to make one thing clear, I completely stand by them. Not everything was shown, and honestly, a lot of it probably couldn’t be aired anyway, I’ll hold my hands up to that. So I understand where they were coming from, and I respect their honesty.
It’s genuinely disappointing to see any negativity directed their way because they don’t deserve it. They are some of the kindest, most genuine people I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting.
Being in the final alongside them is a real honour. I’ve got nothing but respect for these people, and if anyone deserves to win this, it’s them. They have my vote x
Last but not least, Scarlett has been absolutely amazing. She’s been such a huge part of keeping the camp going with her beautiful personality, always lifting spirits, bringing energy, and making everyone feel at home. It’s sad she didn’t make the final because she truly deserves it. What a woman she is, inside and out, and I’m so proud to call her a friend x

I just want to say thank you to all these incredible women…
You’ve supported me in ways I don’t even think you fully understand, through the doubt, the unknown, and all the moments in between. I’ve always had a soft heart but a strong soul, and this whole experience really tested that.
For months, I didn’t know how any of this would be perceived. Even though I stood by every decision I made, there was always that little voice wondering how it would be shown, how it would be edited, how people would see me. And that uncertainty wasn’t easy to carry.
But now, reading your messages, seeing your comments, feeling your support, it’s given me something I can’t even put into words. It’s brought me peace. It’s reminded me that staying true to myself was always enough.
I was never in it to win. I just refused to let them win by breaking me…

From start to finish you was real, no act, no front, just you. The laughs, the tears, the way you were there for people when they needed it most, especially Me! I was there to pick you up and you did the same for me, had my back every step of the way.
If I’m being honest, if you wasn’t in there I probably would’ve walked a long time ago. You kept it going for me more than you even know.
Everyone can see how special you are. You showed humility, empathy, strength, and still managed to bring the entertainment every single time!!
