Soundhealing & breathwork club #2 18/09
So much love to the family that came through on this day, we came together, hearts & minds open, & as a collective, cultivated a very special frequency.
The experience of facilitating these past two S.H & B.W clubs felt like a real testament to faith. Receiving the guidance to do this was met with a lot of resistance on my end. I felt myself lack self trust - but to breathe through all the discomfort, take it step by step & then to have these days turn out so beautifully & divinely felt like some real alchemy 🧙🏼♂️All I can say is the creator got us, really and truly 💐💐🫀🫀 may we all step forward as guided with no fear !! Thank you

My first month in Mexico has come to an end. A closing of a chapter. So much has been learnt during this time. Never have I been so connected to myself and to mother Earth. My hand was guided by the divine when I moved to an apartment with no wifi & then a day or two later my phone stopped working. I felt this vulnerability & exposure like never before it felt like I was actually being, seeing, feeling myself, my energy & the inner world with much more clarity. I had reclaimed massive amounts of power, energy & presence that had been lost to external things, the illusion. With this new found presence I was forced to go inward. I went to the jungle, the trees, the ocean, the rocks, the beaches. They guided me. They taught me lessons & communicated with me through the physical challenges I underwent. The power of this land mass is deep. I have continued my journey south to Yucatán. The energy here is great, very ancient & profound - I look forward to working on & with the land, learning more about the different species of wildlife & plants I am sharing space with.
