Well this is a lovely surprise… Thank you @bhgaus for the finalist nomination. As a creative in Sydney for the last 20 years, I’ve learned the importance of collaboration, sharing knowledge and passing down skills to the next generation. It’s so nice to be recognised for my contribution.

Eight months ago we set out on a new adventure. What followed was the steepest learning curve of our lives, but we wouldn’t change a single moment of it. Today, we are beyond proud to welcome you to the next era of Nightcap Ridge. The final stretch to get here will forever be one of our favourite memories: an incredible week with styling powerhouse @tamara.turnbull.stylist & photography genius @jessicabellef as we raced to the finish line together. Painting, wallpapering, styling, and photographing across massive 15-hour days. None of this would have been possible without the most incredible team standing beside us every step of the way. And to our trusted partners, @florabelle.living and @duluxaus , thank you so much for helping us bring our vision to life. And we’re just getting started. We are so excited to introduce a suite of bespoke Nightcap styled experiences: Think sundowners at golden hour, or a candlelit dinner deep in the rainforest amid fireflies and glowing bioluminescent fungi. We were lucky enough to spend the day exploring the bush around Nightcap Ridge with the lovely and knowledgeable Tim from @wildernessadventures . He showed us so many secret spots a stone’s throw from our front gate. Our favourite: Boomerang Falls, a short bushwalk with a spectacular finish. Tim offers a wide range of adventures for all skill levels, from abseiling and canyoning to creek hopping with the kids.
