Logo design with some digital and print marketing for Compostable, from Run Direct. A mindful company sick of seeing the overuse of plastics including the small scoops that come included in hundreds of packages in the food industry.

New brand direction for Member’s Mark just went live! Another @brandlovelab collab. We partnered with their in-house team to update their design direction including a brand guide with color, type, illustration and overall brand direction. Great to see this work being implemented by the Member’s Mark team!

Oh yeah! Here are the results from Cardington H.S. ART 2 design challenge. ART 1 brought the sweet and ART 2 brought the sweet AND the heat! Thanks again for letting me spend the day with y’all. Have a great summer! ***READ BELOW: I said it before and I’ll say it again** Special shout out to Josh Groves and all teachers and coaches out there. Mr. Groves taught my Senior art class. One day my cross country coach, Mr. Kyrk popped in while I was working on a drawing. He took a look over my shoulder and said “Not bad!”. Mr. Groves agreed and said “Yeah, Ebert’s got some skills”. That small interaction gave me a sense of confidence that maybe I was actually pretty good at this and I went on to BGSU to get my degree in Graphic Design. Small words of encouragement can go a long way and have a lasting impact. Give these students a shout out in the comments and/or let the world know who the teachers and coaches were that inspired you!

New(ish) work for @steelcitybrand . I’ve been collaborating with founders Brandon and Carly Grbach since I started working on my own back in January. I was immediately pulled in by their story telling and commitment to quality and knew they would be a great brand to collaborate with. Give them a follow and if you’re swinging through Pittsburgh be sure to check out their original downtown store and brand new Garage concept in Cranberry. @sariebeary @lord_ruffin AD: @adamebertcreative Photo: @iamryanshimko HMU & Styling: @dominikabronner_styling Video: @sethgarrick

I hung out with the art students at my high school, Cardington Lincoln a few weeks ago and shared my journey so far as a graphic designer. They entertained me as I blabbered on about my experience including some years as a fragrance packaging designer at Abercrombie & Fitch. Mr. Groves (who I had way back in 99/00) challenged his students to design their own fragrance bottle and packaging based on their favorite menu item at their favorite restaurant. No surprise that the sweet scents came out in this challenge! Scroll through to see the honorable mentions and winners from the CHS ART 1 students. Special shout out to Josh Groves and all teachers and coaches out there. Mr. Groves taught my Senior art class. One day my cross country coach, Mr. Kyrk popped in while I was working on a drawing. Another one from my earlier days at A&F, circa 2010. Mike wanted to change up the look and feel for HOLLISTER. We had been using sepia-toned photos for several years and it was time for a refresh. I did this study as an Idea of what that could look like. I took an old HCo. photo and created this technique based on the mood boards on the second slide. Lots of exploration and fun with distress techniques and layering (scanning in old paper textures, transparency film to catch the light flares, and creating custom brushes for additional distress). These types of open-ended explorations are some of my favorite projects to work on. Check out slide three for the original/raw pic. NOT BAD!

That one time back in '07 when A&F sent this punk kid to China for a press check. I believe these are also the last selfies I ever took...

Throwback to a few favorites from my early days at Pukka Headwear and FDI. A fashion merchandising company specializing in hats, bags and jewelry. Amazing opportunity and experience for me. Never even thought about fashion apparel while I was in college but was instantly captured by the idea of designing something that a customer would like enough to purchase and wear on their body. Got to draw illustrations and logos all day and work with color and pattern. NOT BAD!

Adam Ebert Creative - COMING JAN 2022 Something I’ve been thinking about doing for a while is venturing out on my own. I was scared/anxious/nervous and thought it would be a lonely experience. In just under 2 months of reaching out to friends and former colleagues, I’ve quickly realized it’s not going to be lonely at all. It will be an opportunity to collaborate with everyone I’ve enjoyed creating with in the past 17+ years. Here’s to the new year and to old and new friends to collaborate with! Reach out if you need any help!  @adamebertcreative
