Growing up, I always knew I was going to end up in the creative industry. I used to watch shows where there would be a lead makeup artist and their team, and I’d think, wow… how amazing and powerful must that feel? To have a team of your own and guide them with looks specially created and chosen by yourself.
After years of being in the industry, I finally got to experience that while working with Disney Plus UK on Rivals Season 2. It was honestly a dream come true, and it wouldn’t have been possible without my incredible team and everyone over at Disney.
We hosted a glam suite, met some absolutely amazing people from the industry, and had the chance to give them 80s rivals themed glam ✨
I just want to say thank you to everyone who continues to support me. And if you’re someone reading this who wants to do something similar, my only advice would be: remember why you started. Don’t give up, keep going, because eventually everything aligns and the rewards come in.
