Stitching the Happiness City

Stitching the Happiness City is a 2-day workshop module where children & adults will explore and design their own city - with joy and care as a guiding principle - using the medium of embroidery, quilting and fabric collage.
Based on the book, Happiness City, written by Bhawna Jaimini and illustrated by Deepa Balsavar, the workshop will be conducted over 6 sessions across 2 days. Each session will introduce the participating children & adults to different aspects of city planning, from waterbodies and forests to streets and parks, from libraries and theatres to community homes, they will design a city for humans, animals and plants
