🩸 From saving lives on the frontline to saving lives through blood donations – we're all in!
On Monday, ACT Policing executive came together with ACT Emergency Services Agency to launch the Australian Red Cross @lifebloodau Emergency Services Blood Challenge.
Each year, emergency services across Australia take part in a friendly competition to see who can make the most blood and plasma donations during winter. Last year, police made more donations than all the other services combined!
Rolling up our sleeves is another powerful way first responders can keep saving lives as every donation counts! ❤️
Donations drop during winter due to illness, so if you’ve ever thought about donating, now’s the time!
