High energy? 100% but if you don’t believe yourself neither will the audience. 💫 Although the comical situations the characters are in are sometimes a bit insane (that’s what a “sit-com” situational comedy is! ) over the last few years casting as been consistently reminding actors to be more grounded in these type of roles. 🎭 Yes we still want levels, a want, excitement, different choices, moment before & after, YOUR OWN PERSONALITY etc... But knowing when to use those moments is just as important;) 🎬 Also know the character dynamic, why is your character there? Are you the level headed straight shooter or the kid that had way too much sugar?
