Actors Studio Management launches ahead of Cannes.
We are pleased to announce the launch of Actors Studio Management — a selective new management service built around screen talent, career strategy and production-led development.
Created for actors ready to be seen properly and developed with direction, the service will support selected talent with career positioning, screen portfolio development, professional material, representation opportunities and industry-facing production.
Built from our work in screen acting training, production and industry events, Actors Studio Management is designed for actors who seek advanced progression both on screen and in the business of Film.
The service will launch as invitation only before opening to applications via our training network.

Your showreel should not feel like a disguise.
When you’re establishing yourself as an actor, your reel needs to sit close to who you are, where your natural strengths are, and how you’re most likely to be cast right now.
That does not mean playing yourself. It means understanding your casting, your energy, your screen presence and the roles people can realistically believe you in.
If every scene in your reel feels a million miles away from you, casting has to work too hard to imagine where you fit. Your job is to make that easier.
Before choosing a showreel scene, ask yourself: Would someone understand my casting from this?
Does this play to my strengths?
Does it feel believable on me?
Is it helping casting see me clearly?
Or am I choosing it because I want to prove I can do everything?
Range matters, but clarity matters first.
Your showreel is not there to show every version of you. It is there to make casting want to see more.

What happens when actors commit to a full year of training?
You grow.
Not just in technique, but in confidence, clarity, discipline, and how you see yourself in the industry.
Hear from actors on our 1 Year Course: performers who chose to invest deeply in their craft, challenge their limits, and train in a space designed to push them forward.
Because real development does not happen overnight.
It happens through consistency. Through risk. Through being directed, stretched, supported, and seen.
For many actors, the biggest shift is not just becoming stronger in the room. It is starting to feel more grounded in who they are, what they bring, and where they want to go next.
If you are looking for serious, industry-led training that helps you build craft, confidence, and momentum, this is the work.
Train seriously. Grow fully. Build lasting foundations.
Applications Open for the Actors Studio 1 Year Course now open.

3 signs it’s time to update your showreel 🎬
Your reel should reflect the actor you are now, not the one you were a few years ago.
1. You feel disconnected from it
Sometimes the first sign is your own reaction. You watch it back and it no longer feels fully like you. The work may not be bad — it just does not reflect your instincts, your growth, or the kind of performances you know you’re capable of now.
2. It no longer shows your strongest work first
Casting are watching quickly. Your reel should not make them search for what you do well. If your best material comes in too late, or the opening feels generic, the reel may be underselling you before it has even begun.
3. It does not reflect the roles you actually play
You watch your reel and do not recognise these as the roles you would be cast in now. That usually means your casting is not coming across clearly enough. A strong reel should help people place you quickly and confidently.
Your showreel is not just there to prove you’ve worked. It should show how you work, where you sit on screen, and why casting should remember you.
