This one was different.
Two major milestones and complete creative freedom.
We used inspiration from the invitation that had already been designed and sent to guests, along with the venue itself, to guide the overall direction of the room.
The color palette instantly gave masculine, deep, mature. So the atmosphere had to reflect that feeling from the moment guests walked in.
This event was about balance.
Not the birthday overpowering graduation.
Not graduation overpowering the birthday.
A balance of both milestones existing in the same space seamlessly.

3 days...Countless moving parts...One unforgettable experience!! 📚
This past weekend, I had the honor of leading Event Management for the 4th Annual @conyersbookfest …a two-day event that quickly turned into three full days of dedication, preparation, and execution.
From 6:30 AM mornings to 8:30 PM nights, it was all about managing vendors, directing the run of show, and ensuring every detail came together seamlessly. With 150 book vendors and over 1000 attendees, the energy was unmatched and the impact undeniable.
A special thank you to @thebookcellar for trusting me with event management for this incredible experience and for all of the volunteers that made this all possible. Proud to be part of a community event that celebrates culture, literacy, and connection. Long days, real leadership, and a passion for bringing visions to life…already looking forward to next year!
