This is NOT a comparison of which one is better, but instead, this is an appreciation to the different crafts and approach when it comes to performing/acting! Two of the Kingsmen members, Khalid Amadou and Stephan Hunte-Wilson, both performed and filmed the same monologue this year. No doubt, it's two different contrasts at play here. The monologue is from a play and a tv show called Secret Bridesmaids Buisness by Elizabeth Coleman. Which one do you prefer? When the director wants you to play with both emotions. One emotion where you're like a COMPLETE loose canon and flying in the air with no control where you land, which can harmful to the character in the scene or to other characters too and this can effectively be good for when performing an argument scene, etc. One final emotion is where you're like a crossbow, being more rational, controlled, and more thoughtful as you're dealing with the character's internal wound or wrath in the process, and anything can happen with this which makes it dangerously unpredictable, either aim with precision with can be harmful to one or multiple characters or completely miss on the aim which could be harmful to YOUR character or unintentionally harmful to another character. If you're also an actor/actress and director. What method do you use to get into an aggressive external state and passive aggressive internal state?
