We think the rejection of Amine’s application is unfair, and if you’ve met him, if you’ve heard his music, if you know how much he does for artists, you’ll think it’s unfair, too.
He has lived, studied and worked in London for almost 7 years. He co-founded a recording studio and label, put up events, and played with different bands all around the country. Through
@actcoolrecords , he helped musicians get their name out there, promote their work, and get their music heard.
If he leaves, there will be a very tall Amine-shaped hole in the London arts scene.
As such, we’re trying to raise a bit of money to help with a new visa application and the associated legal costs.
We don’t want to be 6 of us, we want to be 7. VII. Seven. 7️⃣
