AC Studios – 2024 Recap Clients Served (Yes, in February)
We know, we know—it’s February, and a “2024 recap” post feels a little late. But honestly, we’re all in the same boat. January is a blur of trying to switch back on, and before you know it, February feels like the real start of the year. So here we are.
Looking back, we’ve had the privilege of working with some incredible brands and creatives, crafting stories that push luxury forward. A huge thank you to our clients and partners for trusting us to bring their visions to life.
AC Studios is a small, one-man setup, but from day one, we’ve put collaboration at the heart of what we do—hiring and working with underrepresented talent, mentoring where we can, and still delivering high-quality work that pushes culture, style, and luxury forward.

Case Study: Krug / Le Bristol, Paris
The second chapter in our Krug series took us to Le Bristol one of Paris’s most iconic hotels and home to the three Michelin-starred Epicure. It was an incredibly intense environment to shoot in: tight space, full kitchen brigade, and no room for bulky setups. We stripped things back and had to stay nimble — adapting the approach in real-time.
To root it in Paris, we got rooftop access to one of the top suites to capture the city skyline, and used the hotel’s interiors to help build tone. We treated this film differently in the grade too cooler, sharper, more refined to match the rhythm of the space.

NEW WORK
Some stills from our Dunhill film, shot in Scotland at the Todd & Duncan mill.
I worked closely with long-time collaborator @_ntcolour on the grade, and we spent a good amount of time getting the texture right in the edit.
I’m usually drawn to cleaner cinematography and strong primary colours, so this project pushed me to lean more into framing, texture and atmosphere. It really gave the film its own personality and felt like a genuine step forward in my work.

We may have seemed quiet for a while, but we’ve been cooking up some amazing projects behind the scenes.
coming back with this project has been genuinely special.
An amazing brief — but honestly, an even more amazing team to make it with.
We shot this in Scotland with a super small crew, completely locked in on the creative approach and execution. The kind of set where everyone is dialled in, pushing for the same thing, and the work benefits from that focus.
I always say this, but surrounding myself with people who are far more talented than me is the best part of the process. It makes the work better, and it keeps me inspired.
