Every year we take a camping trip and eat gnocchi, which was the first meal we ever made together. Here is a photo from our first and latest camping trip.

2024 was a year of change, looking forward to see what 2025 brings
A huge thank you to everyone who has reached out about Little Guys passing.
Although we thought we were headed to the vet for some poop problems (which he was famous for), they found a large amount of cancer. There were no options that would aid in his quality of life, and the last thing I wanted was to ever cause him stress. There are so many ways to feel guilty about decisions like these, but I really believe I did right by him.
I got to hold him until the end. Although he had to leave me, there is comfort in knowing that he did not have to experience me leaving him.
Little Guy and I went through so many changes. Before him, I lived alone. I got to spend lots of time working from home with him, cuddling each night, and always chatting about our days. I never felt alone with him. Now I keep expecting to see him in every room I enter.
When @chris_peacock17 and I moved into our new place, Little Guy was so happy. We had our own room just the two of us and now as I write this in that room, I can’t help but feel like it’s very empty.
I adopted Little Guy when he was the ripe age of 12 and although I only got to experience a small slice of his 15 years, I know I did right by him up until the very end.
I feel so lucky to have been his person.
Happy 15th Birthday Little Guy 💕 you are my whole heart and then some. We’ve had a pretty crazy year in terms of health problems, but I’m so excited for our future as you continue to kick asthma in the butt.

Today starts my new adventure working in my dream career 👾 I’ll be working at @gamemodeone as their HR Admin and I could not be more excited ✨

My first pride was a success! I was so excited to be in the parade with @c9enterprise however if you would have told me a week ago that I would have dancing in front of the group the whole parade I would have rolled my eyes. I am so lucky to work for a company that encourages me to never hide who I am. What they didn’t know was how emotional and healing it was for me to be unapologetically me.
I also have some other excited news to share; I got a promotion! This is going to be a huge change for me as I am moving departments and will be working from home.
Last but not least, a huge shoutout to @chris_peacock17 for his support. Not only did he walk with us in the parade, but he also was my unofficial water boy. I am so lucky to have you in my life 💕
Happy 13th Birthday Little Guy! You are perfect and precious in every way and I am so blessed everyday with your clingy cuddles and screams!
