Vacation vibes with Max🌞
Literally this season in life feels so surreal. Max just turned 3 in February and life just gets better each year with him. We had the best vacation with him Turks and Caicos over the past week. Each time we travel with him, it gets a little easier as this was his 5th international trip. We hope to expose him to as much as possible as he grows up to experience and learn respect for different cultures and ways of life.

Our next All levels handstand workshop at @yogablissakron is coming up next week on Sunday March 22nd! Whether it's your first time getting on your hands, playing with balance at the wall, or freestanding in the middle of the room, we welcome all to get upside-down. We have plenty to offer anyone that attends and can help you work on your handstand goals.
So why come to ours when so many others offer these workshops? We have practicing handstands for over 15 years and have taken multiple trainings and immersions learning from some of the best hand balancers in the world and get to share that knowledge with you. We also were not naturally gifted that the practice came easy so we have lots of understanding to know the common pitfalls and struggles that come at all stages. And lastly, you get 2 instructors that have different strengths that lead us on different paths to achieve our handstands with Tom being more naturally strong and Liz having more flexibility. Handstands need both so we can help you figure out how to get upside-down more efficiently.

Another year of handstands in the books and I've been looking back through photos that I never posted. So many little proud moments that I always build up in my head that need a cute caption or commentary with it in order to share. Instead this year, part of my handstand resolution is to simply share a few of these little moments once a month. So here's some of my favorite ones over the past year🤸♂️
If you've seen my stories over the past few days, you've seen I'm attempting to achieve a one arm handstand this year. Motherhood definitely took over as priority over the past 3 years as handstands got lost in the shuffle of life. I'm excited to bring more focus and consistency to my handstand practice and work on another goal over the next year❤️

Some side bend gains in @skatejitsu online OAHS class with @warriorbridgenyc yesterday. After a dismissal OAHS portion of the class, we ended with side bends. I rarely get to this depth so thought it would be worth sharing my little handstand achievement ❤️ as always, huge shout out to Sean for all the pearls of handstand wisdom, encouragement, and engaging coaching!

Our first real vacation since Max was born❤️ Each time we travel with Max, I've always said it was a trip to parent in paradise. It has never truly felt like a vacation but Max has finally reached the stage that we're not chasing him around for hours on end at the beach lol. We were actually able to just chill in beach loungers as he played in the sand or hang in the pool with him swimming with friends he made. What a life is become with him... so grateful to have finally reached this stage (although I'd go back to those tough days when he was just a little squish of a baby any day🥹).
Bonus highlight was we made some headway in potty training with doing the letting him run around naked in our room/deck that he's starting to get it! Hence the first pic🤣 any parent that has struggled with this with their child will understand how this was such a win while on vacation.

Literally not many things to say that haven't been said before. Grateful for each day together. I love how our relationship continues to age like wine and can simply say that I love our love. You're forever my always❤️
