Our team conducted 2 parkour workshops in 2 middle schools and taught around 100 children basics of this discipline of natural movement. Jumps, landings, climb-ups and balancing were part of activities our team prepared for the workshop. Children were very eager to participate and learn and had a lot of fun moving through our obstacle course. Our goal was to encourage and motivate them to develop healthy habits and make regular physical exercise part of their lifestyle in the long run. Its goal is to decrease obesity rates among citizens through promotion of parkour as holistic and sustainable activity that is suitable for everyone. "Active city" is part of "Green up development - GUD" project that is co-funded by Erasmus+ KA3 European Youth Together program and Borakia Rural j.d.o.o. The project has a goal to decrease obesity rate in Croatia as one of the most obese countries in Europe by introducing parkour as a sustainable and holistic physical activity that develops whole body and mind while improving health status. We will include children and youth into safe practice of this sport and help them improve their health in the long run by educating and conducting parkour workshops in school facilities.

Short video from Balkan trip. We visited 4 countries in 4 days and had amazing experience in Albania 🇦🇱, Kosovo 🇽🇰, Montenegro 🇦🇱 and North Macedonia 🇲🇰. During trip we met people from different parts of the world and learned about different cultures. Did handstand in every Balkan country, which counts for 20 european countries up to this moment.
