Turning tracks gay and trans.

When a friend was doing lights at Panorama Bar during my set and later shared the staff group chat asking “what the fuck is this music?”

Why do we need club culture?
Because the freaks come out at night

How did you start playing music and what drives you?
I’m driven by things not behaving the way they’re supposed to. My life has never been a straight line and probably never will be. It moves in tensions, contradictions, transformations. At some point I stopped fighting it and my music does the same: it flips, it mutates, it refuses to settle. If it feels too stable, I break it. I’m trying to make that tension feel good to live in. That’s just how I experience being alive.
I started playing to give this experience a place to live outside of me.
