The people of Israel are strong, beautiful humans and will never back down. 🇮🇱❤️
It feels like just yesterday our family group chat was filled with laughter and excitement looking forward to our trip. That was 60 days ago, the family group chat is now filled with messages from safe rooms of grief at the loss of family, friends, colleagues, and neighbors. Messages of heroic stories of bravery like my niece in law Eden Nimri, protecting her entire swim team from the Hamas only to be brutally murdered. Or my nephews Adam and Hillel being called in from many years in reserve to take up arms. My new nephew, Yoav leaving his lovely honeymoon in Spain to come back and pilot his C130 for Israel.
To my brothers David and Roni, my sisters Debbie and Orna, my nieces Inbar, Adi, Sapir, Naomi, Raaya. Nephews Ishay, Yoel, Hillel, Shalom, Adam, and all of the friends and family, I love you, you represent the definition of strength and unity.
No amount of oppression excuses terrorism, rape, beheading babies, or kidnapping, of innocent Israeli people. I pray that there will again be peace in the middle of east, but if Hamas and Hesbullah don’t want it, they brought what ever is coming upon them selves. I pray for the innocent civilians caught in the cross fire of this terrible situation.
