The bill both protects and provides more opportunities for creatives in the Philippines, as the bill is a tool that can strengthen and protect the rights of Filipino creatives.
The bill itself not only protects Filipino creatives but provides access to creatives a list of available support, education, finance, technology, etc. and access to avail of services such as intellectual property registration, loans, grants, and more〰️
