@farmlot59 , discussing food and healing with Aliye Aydin, and enjoying a full service MEHKO dining experience at
@vidakitchen in Lomita

Sunday takes us to the oceanfront for a market tour
@marinafarmersmarket and a seaside hang with local fishers at Belmont Pier
