During #MentalHealthAwarenessMonth, we're highlighting the importance of prioritizing mental wellbeing and the Acadian voices helping to normalize that conversation. As Claire Keeling shares, when you’re on a plane, you’re instructed to put on your own oxygen mask first before helping others. It's advice that extends far beyond air travel. Claire reminds us that making our physical and mental health a priority isn’t selfish—it’s essential. When we take care of ourselves, we’re better equipped to show up as our best selves at work and in our personal lives, and to support those around us in meaningful, sustainable ways. We’re committed to fostering a culture where wellbeing comes first. Learn more about joining our team at link in bio.

This week, our B.O.L.D. ERG hosted an inspiring fireside chat with Adora Ndu, Pharm.D., J.D. Adora shared thoughtful perspectives on leadership, career growth, and her journey as a woman of color navigating the biopharmaceutical industry. Her candor, wisdom, and encouragement to lead with purpose truly resonated with Acadians. Thank you, Dr. Ndu, for an engaging and meaningful conversation.

Ryan Reynolds has spent almost two decades involved in Parkinson’s advocacy, including serving on the board of the Michael J. Fox Foundation and now continuing to partner with us to help bring more perspectives forward and create awareness around some of the lesser known aspects of PD. Ryan and his family saw firsthand what it was like for his dad to experience Parkinson’s. They learned how important it is to have a community around you when dealing with the challenges and symptoms. Some symptoms, including hallucinations and delusions, can be especially difficult to talk about, even though they’re common and treatable. For those experiencing Parkinson’s, it’s important to know you’re not alone. It’s vital to talk with caregivers and healthcare providers about symptoms early and openly. Follow @moretoparkinsons and visit the link in our bio to learn how to start the conversation with your loved one and your healthcare provider. This #AANHPI Heritage Month, we’re highlighting the ways heritage can shape how we connect, collaborate, and lead. Meet Audrian Santos, Manager, Regulatory Affairs, Labeling. Audrian shared how the Filipino value of pakikisama—prioritizing teamwork and harmony—influences how he approaches group dynamics: listening first, building trust, and creating space where people feel included. At Acadia, we know diverse perspectives make us stronger—and stories like Audrian’s reminds us how culture can be a source of strength at work and beyond. As we head into May and look ahead to #MothersDay, our Women at Work ERG is proud to spotlight colleagues who are mothers, caregivers, and allies—and the experiences that shape how they lead and thrive. This week, we’re featuring Sharon Sandell, VP, Associate General Counsel. For Sharon, leadership is deeply influenced by motherhood and the perspective it brings. Her advice to other women at work is both simple and powerful: stay present and don’t worry too much about what’s next. Careers evolve over time, but the moments we’re living—professionally and personally—are what matter most. Her guiding mantra says it all: “Work hard. Lead kindly. Make my kids proud.”

As part of National Volunteer Month in April, Acadians from our Princeton office used Volunteer Time Off (VTO) to give back at the Wagner Farms Giving Garden in New Jersey. Working alongside our Community Impact ERG, teams came together to prepare beds, plant produce and support the local community. We're proud of our Acadians for making a hands-on difference and living our value to #MakeItHappen. #GivingBack #LifeAtAcadia
