I love a January reset.
I love a “right, let’s sort things out” moment.
What I don’t love is the pressure that usually comes with it, especially when your brain never really clocks off.
Resets, rebrands, new routines, new versions of yourself… it’s a lot before the year’s even started.
After slowing down enough to actually think, I realised I don’t need to pile pressure on myself to move forward.
So this year I’m trying something a little different:
fewer tasks, more intention.
working with my energy instead of against it.
keeping momentum without burning myself out.
Less pressure. Same ambition. Just a different pace.
