Tamales- Part 1!
The filling / el Guiso para el relleno. Very simple recipe but it’s one of my favorite!

Makes 60-64 tamales.
Ingredients
•2 whole chickens
•4 tomatoes
•4 Chiles Guajillos
•2 Chiles California
(Add Chiles de árbol for if you want it spicier.)
•2 garlic cloves
•1 onion
•1/4 tsp cumin
•pinch of oregano
•1 tbsp vinegar
•salt
