At Mind Over Matter it is our aim to make a difference and build a community whilst spreading awareness of the mental health struggles that we all will face at some point in our livesš«¶š»
We aim to break the stigma and show the reality of mental health in our music industry. That's why we want to hear from you.
We are looking for likeminded people who want to help build our community and spread a positive message to help us break the stigma around mental health. We want to be able to help our community through this, whether it's from tips on how to become sober or advice on how to battle burnout from long nights in the rave.
