This journey was far from easy. It started with years of debates turned months of research. (And if I’m completely honest some FOMO + imposter syndrome set in also) The plumbing, electrical work, paint, cabinetry, generator operations, engine mechanics and safe storage/winterizing requirements were just a fraction of what I had to learn and figure out along the way.
Days turned into nights - minutes into HOURS as I tirelessly worked on this transformation. There were several setbacks and moments of doubt and many hurdles like finding the right suppliers, managing unexpected expenses, plus navigating the complexities of regulations for this big metal box. All while managing a salon team, maintaining a happy marriage, being a present god-parent, picking up pennies, pan-handling and strippin’ on the side to pay my very expensive design consultant @njudawn ! (that last part is partially true, I prefer to start my own rumors/ just checking to see if you’re actually reading this)

I usually have A LOT TO SAY, and I don’t talk much about my experiences, challenges or past- I’m hyper focused on what’s next, rarely stopping to smell the roses… Doing all the things because in this space if not ME then who? The process from “table creation” to replication….. There’s so many components in creating ABSTRX, the catalog versions never fit properly and are rather boring in design. The investment is WORTH IT, because YOU ARE worth it. We deserve a super bold nail art press on!! Periodt!!
