Iâm a good writer âïž but I have no words, really.
Alicia Le, my wife of 17 years died Saturday at 50 years old.
Sheâs struggled with a string of health issues in recent years, but she still had the humor and spirit I fell in love with through it all.
As you can imagine, Iâm in shock.
I love and adore đ„° my wife beyond measure and hate that she had to suffer through illness all these years
But through it all, we made each other laugh and smile.
I relished every opportunity to make her happy.
Toward the end, it was something as simple as buying her a new set of pajamas or making something she loved to eat.
Itâs soul crushing that I canât bring her that joy anymore.
Alicia is the lovely woman in my profile picture.
She will forever be the source of sweet memories in my heart.
No one was more proud of me for every Emmy Award, she loved dressing up to support me.
I'll miss her love in every way possible, but cherish every moment we had in more than two decades together.

HACKING NEWS: Hacky sack sales up are ten fold nationwide in recent weeks, according to World Footbag. I spoke to a couple of stores today who are wiped out of inventory because if a resurgence attributed to videos on social media. Charlotte stores say theyâre receiving hundreds of calls per week inquiring about the availability of foot bags.
Imagine all the young people working together as one with the common goal of keeping that little ball up in the air.

The statue of Captain James Jack at the entrance of Elizabeth Park has me humming Schoolhouse Rock songs, not gonna lie.
Jack risked his life on a momentous ride to Philly in 1775, delivering the Mecklenburg Declaration of Independence. (More in the last slide)
So, good thing he wasnât Philly chicken about it.
