It’s time to move from concern to conversation.
The real fight is against apathy.
A world-class city isn’t built by infrastructure alone
It’s shaped by citizens who care enough to question, engage, and speak.
What does a “livable Mumbai” look like to you?
What’s one thing in Mumbai you wish you had spoken up about?

THE EVERYDAY CITY: H/W Ward Reimagined
📍 Bombay Art Society, Bandra Reclamation
🗓 Exhibition: 12th - 15th Feb
One of the highlights?
Just outside, we built a temporary parklet, reclaiming the space of a single parked car to create room for people instead.
In the middle of a bustling city, it became a small pause point, a place to sit, gather, reflect. Municipal Commissioner MCGM Bhushan Gagrani, DMC Kiran Dhighavkar, Jackie Shroff @aapnabhidu , AD editor @ghadiok
If one car can occupy that much space, imagine what that space could become for a community.
Our cities need more room to breathe, to meet, to slow down - even if it begins with one parking spot at a time.

Informal evening conversations with voices from design, culture, sport and public life is getting us to See. Question. Rethink the city you live in.
Kids from @deedindia and St. Elias High School, @oberoi.is , @cominilearning who poured their imagination onto paper during interactive workshops, rethinking their city: streets, parks, crossings and the future of their neighbourhood.
A guided walkthrough sparked meaningful conversations with city enthusiasts who visited exploring the exhibition.

The Everyday City: H/W Ward Reimagined
From empty hall to city lab.
Measuring. Brainstorming. Building. Arguing. Printing. Reprinting.
Behind every exhibition panel, a flurry of ideas, countless drawings, and conversations about the city we want.
The Everyday City didn’t just appear.
It was assembled, debated, lifted, tested and imagined.
Turning one parking spot into a parklet.
Turning ideas into action.
Because cities don’t change in big speeches.
They change in small, everyday acts, sometimes in the space of a single parked car.
This is what shaping a city conversation looks like - behind the scenes.

In this episode of The Artize Artboard, aptly titled Wellness as a Way of Life, we travel to a quiet corner of Moira, Goa, where a home designed by Alan and Anca Abraham blurs the lines between architecture, art, and nature.
Join our host, Archana Vijaya, as she explores what defines luxury through an Indian lens. In Episode 3 of Season 3, she sits down with Alan and Anca of Abraham John Architects for a conversation about true luxury—where wisdom lies in understanding what is genuinely good for oneself and for the environment.
