About Time Projects was engaged to act as Tenant Representative by Freight Specialists Pty Ltd at Dexus’s new industrial development in Hemmant, Brisbane. Our engagement on this circa $18+ million logistic warehouse project extended over a 2-year period and included assisting Freight Specialists Pty Ltd assess candidate sites, engagement with the Developer, through to design/construction phase of the project.
