Abnormal Clay is finally on Etsy as AbnormalClayCeramics!
The pieces up now represent my work over the past two years, and are all things that I’m proud of 🥹 selling my work used to fill me with dread, but all I feel right now is excitement to make more, and to see how this changes over time.

Even though I only posted on this account twice this year, 2025 was filled with ceramics for me- just not for you 😉
This past year felt like a hugely consequential year for me, in life and in art (as they are so intertwined) but this year is the first time I felt like I could call myself an artist without cringing. I experimented with new ideas and techniques, started to refine what I feel like is the visual language of my pieces, and worked towards finally opening an Etsy (which is coming very soon…sooner than you may think). This past year was an exploration in finding my voice as a potter, and more importantly finding my confidence as an artist.
While world events made life feel like an effort in futility at times, pottery kept me grounded in the physical world in front of me and it kept me going. I can’t wait to see what 2026 brings 😊
