twenty5 feels less like a milestone and more like a mirror. i see the boy i was. hands full of questions, pockets light, dreams louder than logic. i see the man i’m becoming. measured, but still hungry, learning how to carry both softness and steel without dropping either. somewhere between those two versions i learned that growth isn’t loud. it doesn’t always look like winning sometimes it looks like staying, like choosing yourself again on the days it would be easier not to. i’ve outgrown a few rooms, outlived a few doubts, and still i’m building. so here’s to 25: not perfection, but precision. not arrival, but direction. still rooted. still reaching.

THIRTY430 This interview is a pause. A moment to look inward at what’s solid, what was learned, and what was left behind. Through questions of identity, relationships, community, health, and self-reflection, this conversation explores what it truly means to arrive at 30—not as an endpoint, but as a recalibration. It examines the relationships that shaped us, the communities that held us, the body we’ve learned to listen to, and the parts of ourselves that no longer feel negotiable. This isn’t about having it all figured out. It’s about clarity earned through experience—and the wisdom to speak honestly to the person we once were. Turning 30 is less about becoming someone new, and more about standing firmly in who you already are.

THIRTY430 Thirty arrives softly, not with answers but with truth. The parts of us that stayed. The bodies we finally listen to. The people who shaped us, and the ones we became without them. This isn’t a beginning or an ending, it’s the moment we stand still long enough to recognize ourselves.
