Meet the chefs! Two friends, one vision: weaving together the strands of hospitality and cuisine to create singular moments that are meant to be experienced and then disappear. Able was born from the Hebrew word ‘Abel’, meaning vapor, breath, or the fleeting nature of life. We want to create events that feel like temporary worlds that are not only fleeting, but memorable. Fried yucca ribbons, red kuri squash & habanero mayo, soy cured egg yolk, dill oil, & a mountain of fresh parm. Served with roasted spiced red kuri squash seeds We think this’d be best enjoyed on the patio of a wine bar with a glass of crispy Riesling ⭐️
