The year has kicked off nicely already. Had an amazing time playing @smwr.gt the other day. 10/10 evening. 🖤 Big news at @ileijong if you missed it. New look, bigger, and bolder plans ahead. Stay tuned for some of 2026 dates.🙏🏿

It was my birthday a few days ago. Grateful to be alive and to have spent the day with close friends. Looking ahead with clarity. ❤️

November was interesting in a lot of ways. In a one-of-a-kind collaboration, Ilé Ijo’s [ @ileijong ] Drum n Bass Ng [ @drumnbassng ] linked up with Ghana’s The Weird Cult [ @theweirdcult ] and we put together a special night dedicated to DnB music and community. Then I went to and played Nyege Nyege [ @nyegenyegefest ]. Life-changing. As @ileijong continues to position itself within the underground dance music scene across the continent, moments like this are special for me.❤️ Touched down in Nigeria and played Monochroma [ @monochroma.live ], and Sweat It Out [ @sweatitoutlagos ] and played what many called my best set yet. December has already been wonderful. With the help of Kadima [ @kadimaproductions ], I helped produce a historic Boiler Room [ @boilerroomtv ] show at the New Afrika Shrine, spotlighting Mara music, now on the precipice of a global breakout. As winners of Boiler Room’s Broadcast Lab, Club Àlùjó [ @clubalujo ] held its sophomore club night — marking our continued dedication to reimagining how Fuji music can be enjoyed. Looking forward to what’s left this month: • @thegroupcollective_ — this weekend • @ileijong — December 20 • @egwurecords December 23. i’ll be playing a fuji music set for @clubalujo at the Egwú Vinyl Street Carnival. 🙏🏿

For the Club Àlùjó Broadcast Lab show, we will be having DJ sets from Ibadan-based Logic [ @_dj_logic ], who will be taking our stage for the very first time. Smart [ @iamdjsmart ] and Abiodun [ @abiodun_ ] make a return, holding down the Fuji music sound as always. Then we have live performances from Musa Talent (Omo Lílè) [ @musatalent1 ] and Wasiu Joker (Omo Sánsán) [ @wasiu_joker ] both gracing our stage for the first time. October was beautiful for so many reasons. @clubalujo held its debut show and it was beautiful. There’s a certain magic in creating a space around a sound that’s always felt like home to me. S/o @skeeedoh , @ola__subomii_ and everyone who was involved in bringing this to life. Closed out the month with the fam @redlightfashionroom last Friday at Fright Night. A time was had, per usual. ❤️ The rest of the year is about to get really interesting. @ileijong is hosting two more events before the year ends, and both are major collaborations.
