This seriously feels so surreal to have released a literal part of my heart to the world. You all have no idea how many tears were shed over these pages, how many moments of pure bliss and renewal that came from writing this book. ‘Love & Life’ is not only a time capsule for me but a work of art that I KNOW will help people.
