Spots have now been filled but DM us if you want to go on the waitlist for the next one! ☀️🥾🏕️ INCOMING: SUMMER CAMP VOL 5 Summer Camp is a hiking group for women who want to spend time in the wilderness with other cool and inspiring women. This March (19th-22nd) we’re heading to Wilsons Prom to once again immerse ourselves in nature with a small group of 10 independent, supportive and likeminded women!  Expect gorgeous beaches, picturesque mountains, lush rainforests and dramatic cliffs. Creek crossings, wildlife (including wild emus!) (fingers crossed) and turquoise waters. We’ll hike around 42ks with our packs so if you are hiking fit, looking to challenge yourself while connecting with nature and a beautiful group of women then join us! We have TWO more spots left so DM us!

1) A close up of our books in their new home while the sunshine streams in (it's doing wonders for my mental health). 2) My carpenter and his cute apprentice approve of their excellent work while on break. 3) How our books were kept previously: Stacked on the floor of every room (unsustainable with a toddler) in no particular order and messily in the market wagon. 4) My carpenter working slowly and patiently showing no frustration with the fact that the walls in our very old house are neither straight nor strong and his only payment will be made in love.

This little man blew our lives right up. At first I wanted to simply put them back together. Now I want to pick up some pieces and build something new! Different! Bigger! Better! With confetti terrazzo and glitter! How to start? I have no idea 🤷🏼‍♀️ 📸 by @studio.daydot

What a book! I can’t believe how long I left this one on my TBR. The Dutch House is an epic family saga spanning five decades in the lives of Danny and Maeve, siblings who cannot let go of their past. It reads like a real life fairytale — evil stepmother and all. Their childhood home, the actual and infamous Dutch House, was my favorite character. I’m fascinated by the way a place can have such a chokehold on its inhabitants, shaping the trajectory of a whole life. Wild! Pick this one up when you feel like being completely immersed in another family’s struggles. This isn’t a moment-in-time book — this is an I’ll-sit-with-you-in-a-parked-car-for-hours-to-hear-your-feelings type of book.

I can’t tell you how much joy I get from celebrating our little man. The fact we have him still blows my mind. Since he spent most of this year schooling me with his animal knowledge (“oh mama, that’s not a buffalo that’s a bison” and “Silly mama, that’s a lemur. Look at his tail” and “whales have pink poo, did you know that!”) throwing him a Ranger Gordy and His Wild Animal Friends Party felt pretty special. 🎉

The Correspondent was such a joy to read. One minute you’re enjoying the sassy POV of Sybil, a woman in her 70’s with seemingly zero fucks left to give and an aggressive need to be heard, even if only through letters. The next, you’re massaging your heart and wiping away tears, reminded that life is short and hard but it’s never too late and we’re never too old for anything. Its epistolary format makes it feel light and devourable. It’s probs a perfect book to start 2026 with if you haven’t picked one up yet. Hopeful, moving, and quietly inspiring.
