š¬ THE WAIT ā A Story of Resilience and Unseen Battlesš³š¬
For so many young Nigerians, the journey after graduation isnāt a straight path to success; itās a winding road filled with countless applications, endless waiting, and dreams delayed. THE WAIT tells the story of Tobi, a young man who, like millions of Nigerian youths, faces the emotional and mental toll of job hunting in a challenging economy. š¼š
This short film sheds light on the resilience that defines Nigerian youth, highlighting the silent strength it takes to keep pushing forward despite the odds. Itās a story of hope, heartbreak, and the determination that runs deep in our communities.
To everyone battling through their own āwait,ā this oneās for you. Your struggle is seen. Your resilience is powerful. And your dreams matter. šŖāØ

š¬ 3 Simple Shots to Instantly Improve Your Videos
If youāre filming yourself and donāt know where to start, these three shots will make your visuals look more intentional and engaging:
1. Close-Up Shot
This focuses tightly on details. It could be your face, your outfit, or specific moments around you.
š It helps capture emotion, texture, and important details your audience shouldnāt miss.
2. Wide Shot (Establishing Shot)
This shows your full environmentāwhere you are and whatās happening.
š It gives context and sets the scene, helping your audience understand your location and mood before anything else.
3. Medium Shot
Usually framed from the waist up. This is the most natural, conversational shot.
š It balances both you and your environment, making it perfect for talking to the camera and keeping viewers engaged.
š„ Pro Tip:
Switching between these shots keeps your video dynamic and visually interesting no more boring, static clips.
#Filmingtips
For the past 3 years, most of my creative work has been in the civil society and advocacy space. While that work has been deeply meaningful, Iāve also been thinking about getting back into creating strong visual content for small businesses and brands.
So Iām opening up a very limited content creation offer to help a few brands elevate how they show up online while I also rebuild and expand my commercial portfolio.
This package includes:
⢠1 Brand Introduction Reel
⢠3 Professional Reels
⢠10 Professional Photos
⢠Script Writing
⢠Professional Editing
Investment: ā¦250,000
This is significantly lower than my standard rate because the goal is to collaborate with a few great brands and create powerful work together.
ā ļø This offer is only available to 5 small businesses.
4 spots remaining.
If you run a business and want content that actually tells your brand story and looks premium online, this is a good opportunity.
Send me a DM to book your spot.
Throwback to 2025.
A year that stretched me, tested me, and still found ways to surprise me with joy.
From Kigali to Nairobi, Ivory Coast to home here in Nigeria through hills, grooves, cities, quiet moments, loud laughter, old friends, and new ones 2025 reminded me that even in the middle of uncertainty, life keeps offering reasons to keep going.
There were struggles. Real ones.
But there were also celebrations, soft landings, shared meals, deep conversations, spontaneous trips, and memories Iāll carry for a long time.
This is me honoring the in-between moments.
The joy that showed up anyway.
The people who made the journey lighter.
The version of me that didnāt give up.
Grateful for the roads traveled, the lessons learned, and the friends made along the way.
Hereās to moving forward with heart, hope, and stories worth telling. āØ

Tonight was one of those creator nightmares š
I spent almost the whole evening talking through my script⦠only to realise I never pressed record. And just when I gathered the strength to start again, the lights went off. At that point, my body said, āOya rest.ā š®āšØš¤
Days like this remind me that creative media advocacy takes passion, patience, and a whole lot of zeal. Itās not always smooth, but the purpose keeps me grounded. Even when I feel exhausted, I know why I started and thatās enough to help me rise again tomorrow.
For now, Iām choosing rest. The work continues in the morning. š
