for most of my life oiling my hair has been a big meditative part of my hair preservation rituals so naturally i’ve been waiting for a collab like this! As a model with thin curly hair you can imagine the adverse effects heat styling and manipulation has had on my coils. Every time my hair gets fried I resort to one of our ancestor’s traditions - oiling and GENTLE champi (emphasis on gentle). And not once has it failed to revive my mane. i hope we all keep our ancestral practices alive ourselves instead of letting people appropriate and rebrand them. I truly believe in the practice of feeding your hair nutrients from outside and ofcourse within. 3 hair oils I already use bottled into one product just within my reach - Arine’s hair elixer is a beautiful, convenient addition to my routine!
