Last weekend was fun racing with OMRRA again, had a lot of fun battles. It was my first time racing the Kawasaki 636 and I learned a lot on it. I started to feel comfortable on the bike and managed to win one of my classes on Sunday.
Now we're down at Thunderhill, last minute decision by dad and Abraham! Track day today and racing this weekend, then will head over to The Ridge on Monday!

I’ve been cleaning bikes lately… maybe to stay busy, maybe because I’m not ready to accept certain things yet. This one was next, and it hit me harder than I expected.

You were my best friend and a father figure to me. I hope I’m making you proud. I hope I’m living in a way that honors everything you did for me.
In Memory of Eugene W. Brown
Today, I want to pay tribute to my dear friend Eugene W. Brown (NO LEAN GENE!). For the past 5 years, we poured our hearts into getting a 1984 Yamaha RD 500 2-stroke Bike together.
Just as we were about to finish, we were waiting on a left-side carburetor and a new petcock (fuel shut off thingy), Tragically, Eugene passed away before we could complete our project.
But in honor of his memory, I took it upon myself to finish the bike, and I’m proud to say that I started it up today!
Eugene, your passion and friendship will always be remembered. Here’s to the memories we created and the rides we dreamed of taking together.
