“Presentation is power”—a lesson my parents instilled in me early on. Turns out, I had my very own dandies shaping my style from the start. Slide 12 says it best: shoutout to my OGs! 🖤
Grateful to the @metmuseum for the invitation to preview Superfine: Tailoring Black Style. Every detail of the exhibition feels intentional, ancestral, and deeply resonant. Just another reminder of why I love being Black.
Louis Vuitton’s 57th Street is finally here!
At the start of the year, I set a personal challenge to explore new dimensions within my role. As a proud member of LVA Finance, I’ve embraced a mindset of growth over rigidity, staying open to learning and evolving. I’ve always aspired to collaborate with the Hospitality team to help elevate our Maison, and it wasn’t a question of if, but how I could contribute to this exciting new chapter. Along the way, everything fell into place.
I’m beyond proud to have led the vendor onboarding process for Le Café Louis Vuitton. Where do I even begin? The unwavering partnership with my colleagues in FP&A and Accounting gave me the confidence to navigate the complexities of this project. Understanding the “why” behind the work, and immersing myself in the world of hospitality, ignited a passion I didn’t know I had.
It hasn’t always been easy, but if I had the chance to do it all over again, I wouldn’t change a thing. Forever grateful for this journey!
New York, I hope you enjoy everything that 57th Street and Le Café bring to the heart of the Manhattan community. It is truly an honor to welcome you to the magic that is Louis Vuitton!
