Pleased to announce that AHT’s Katja Hogenboom will give the keynote lecture “Multispecies Worldbuilding” at Archive Live! #2: Co-designing a More-than-human Future at Nieuwe Instituut in Rotterdam on 19 March (in Dutch).
The lecture explores examples of more-than-human design that propose shared futures from aesthetic, conceptual, and technical perspectives. The evening will continue with Sticky Situations, a performance by Pia Jacques about life in archives, followed by three short pitches on more-than-human design in the city by Maike van Stiphout (DS Landscape Architects and Zoöp Nieuwe Instituut), Anne-Karin ten Bosch (connector and initiator of Stadspark West), and Stefanie Korrel (curator of the Collection at Nieuwe Instituut and Huis Sonneveld).
The programme concludes with a panel discussion and drinks. Attendance is free, but RSVP is required on the Nieuwe Institute website.
