With 12 point, the main advantage is that some fasteners are actually 12 point like on some European vehicles on their suspension. Also, they have a thinner wall which can be useful at times in tight areas. I don’t know how thin these are, I would have to get my hands on them to compare. 12 point also makes it easier to put on a fastener in a tight area.
Looks like no skips on the anti-slip crows feet, I would definitely like to take a closer look at the jaw. Made for hydraulic lines, fuel lines and brake lines that are stubborn. The socket rail on the metric set looks interesting how they are stacked, quite unique!

The @jerseydiscounttoolco Magnetic mat set is great for assembly work. I like the touch with the carabiner so they can hang. They’re not insanely strong, but great if you don’t like the stronger magnets or mats that hold items for dear life! lol! There are more magnets per surface area versus other mats. Good for sorting screws and parts. Plus the whole set is 50 bucks for all three versus just getting one with the other brands.

@tekton longer version 1/4” aluminum spinner handle back in stock! Very nice handles! I like the heavy knurling, tri-lobe to prevent rolling, and you could put a ratchet on the back! They just announced a newer version made in Germany, unfortunately that one only has a tether hole on the back. It’s nice that it’s labeled on the back though.
Also, tons of new products pumped out this year so far! Including stubby wrenches that go up to 32mm, stubby 1/2” drive ratchets, low profile sockets, automatic wire stripper, and more!

Unboxing of the @fenixlightingus LD31 Renegade!
Impressive run time specs for the output, I’ll have to see how their branded 6000mah holds up. Low setting is not a moonlight mode, but provides excellent lighting for inspections. No strobe, so it’s not quite a tactical light. I like how the turbo stays on after you switch it with the mode button. There’s a runtime of 3 hours and 7m for the 3200lm turbo, but theres no intelligent heat cut off which worries me. I’m not a heavy user of turbo, but for those who make it a make or break deal, that would be something to know. The tail switch has memory for every setting except for turbo. The turbo toggles with the mode button after the unit is turned on with the tail switch. I do like the solid lock switch, the tail switch can be turned on and the lock switch can be used as a switch.
