I have spent a lot of time this year meditating, reading, doing breathwork and being more introspective and reflective about my life. Very grateful for another trip around the sun and enjoying this journey of learning more about myself as I get older. Big thank you for all the bday wishes ❤️
My heart is so freakin’ full right now! Decompressing from an incredible weekend in Miami. It’s been months since I’ve even been out of my house and I didn’t realize how much my soul needed to be reminded of how great music makes our lives. It’s easy to see all the dark sides of the music industry, but there are also a lot of really kind and good people in it too. Getting to meet and hang out with (and play with!) some of the artists I’ve looked up to for years is part of what makes MMW so great and having a house family reunion like this ever year always exceeds my expectations.
