The barrier to entry is dropping fast, and the competition pool is growing with it.
GCs are feeling it too. More bidders. More firms are stepping into sectors they've never worked in before. A marketplace that's getting harder to stand out in by the week. The question isn't whether this is happening. It's what contractors are doing about it.

Yesterday, our Young Professionals in SWFL hosted a lemonade stand at the Skanska Lee Health Ft Myers Campus in support of Foster Village SWFL during Foster Care Awareness Month!
Currently, there are over 400 children in foster care in Lee County alone.
Foster Village helps to provide direct resources and encouragement to these children and their caregivers. What a wonderful mission!
