📌Abbas Sajwani founded AHS Properties in 2021, overseeing a portfolio in Dubai’s ultra-luxury real estate market spanning more than 929,000 square meters of built space and a gross development value (GDV) exceeding $10 billion across more than 12 projects as of March 2026.
📌In 2025, AHS entered the commercial real estate market by acquiring Dubai’s long-vacant “Big Ben” tower on Sheikh Zayed Road for $120 million and rebranding it as AHS Tower.
📌At 26, Sajwani is the youngest Arab billionaire, with a net worth of $1.9 billion as of March 2026.

This building revives the Clock Tower, which we purchased last year and marks AHS Properties’ entry into commercial real estate, introducing a new benchmark for scale, design, and executive-grade business environments in the region. Our redesign is allowing us to reshape Dubai’s iconic skyline with this new commercial landmark, which we plan to open Q1, 2027.
On 4 January, we celebrated HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, marking 20 years since his accession as the Ruler of Dubai. From drone shows lighting up the skies of Dubai, to banners across landmark developments, every gesture reflected our gratitude for a legacy that continues to inspire generations.
