I can say, from personal experience, this is really true... little things like holding back, creating boundaries, taking the first step and starting this journey into music and even the gym - lifting weights I didn't think i was strong enough to lift!
It does something to your mind and soul.
We should only compete with ourselves, striving to be better than we were yesterday.

Dear Diary,
I promised myself and prayed that I'd have one song to my name by the end of 2025... it's been 3 months since 'Over you' came out, this is my Thank you note 🥰.
"In order to do something you've never done, you have to become someone you've never been." - the confidence to put myself out there, creating content, taking pictures, writing, not hating the sound of my item voice, overthinking over and over...I still have a lot of growing to do, a lot to learn and figure out.
