For Reka Design Week by MIID, AATO reimagines the laminate launch as a physical metaverse — an immersive dark room inspired by the vastness of space and the human senses that perceive it.
Each laminate colour becomes a planet, orbiting through the space— forming a cosmic palette that connects back to AATO’s material language in cabinetry and interior design.
As a gallery, AATO explores how art and architecture can converge — transforming building materials into storytelling mediums. In collaboration with CStone, a bespoke scent was created to embody this universe, completing a sensory journey through sight, sound, and smell. 🖼️

Shaped over millions of years beneath the earth’s surface, natural stone carries depth, movement, and quiet intensity within its layers.
Granite, marble, limestone, travertine, and slate reveal their character through colour, veining, and texture. Through cutting, precision machining, and careful edge-finishing, each slab is refined — revealing the material in its most tactile form.
