Every year that @aaron_helmly gets older, his birthday workout gets harder! To celebrate his 28th, we did the following. For time: 2,800m Run 280 Toe To Bar 2,800m Ski 280 Handstand Push-Ups 280 Cal Bike 280 Thrusters (95/65) 2,800m Row *all of the cardio is done each in full together, all of the movements in between are split The @peak360fitness morning class joined us, but in teams of 4 with a slightly different format. Safe to say that we love our dude to be willing to put ourselves through this in his honor! 2025 time - 106:46 2024 time - 93:42 2023 time - 90:34 2022 time - 85:05 Tag someone who you’d do this with on their birthday! 🥳

Can anyone defeat this #WeeklyBeast? 4 rounds in 40 min! Teams of 2 👥 4 Rounds for Time (Everything You Go, I Go) 6 Legless Rope Climbs 40yd Mixed Walking Lunges (1 Overhead, 1 Suitcase) - 60s 500m Run 50 Burpees over Plank 40 DBL DB Front Squat - 60s 12 Wall Walk *40 min Time CAP @aaron_helmly and I couldn’t pull it off. We got a few rope climbs into the 4th round. This Miami summer heat is getting real HOT 🥵

Would it be crazy if I prepped for the rest of the @worldfitnessproject doing only a @peak360fitness class a day? 🤔 Teams of 2 A) 30 min AMRAP - you go, I go 1,500-meter row 60 toes-to-bars 12 rope climbs to 15 feet - rest 3 minutes then begin B B) 5 minutes Max Reps - you go, I go Deadlifts (315, 225) @aaron_helmly and I did 3 full rounds + 1,002m row and then 103 deadies! What ya got?

This soundtrack is essentially what I was feeling/thinking the entire workout… 🗣️ DISCLAIMER: please don’t try this one lol #WeeklyBeast For time: 50 rope climbs *every 2 min YGIG 15 bar muscle ups 100 handstand pushups *every break 100 double unders each 200 dumbbell bench (70) *every break 30 GHD sit-ups each (after 5 sets, drop down to 15 GHD sit-ups each) 300yd sled push (start at 5 plates, add 1 plate each round) *20yd handstand walk each between every 50yd Time - 1:16:32 Rope climbs were okay. We squeezed in 15 reps before the first set of bar muscle ups at the 2 minute mark and then managed about 10 climbs every time, finishing in 5 sets. Things started getting squirrelly on the handstand push-ups. I started them right away and only did 15. If the rest of our sets looked like that we would’ve been doing close to 1,000 double unders! Thankfully we cleaned up our act a bit and finished them in 5 sets. The bench press was where it all went wrong. We’d miscalculated how many sets of the 30 GHD sit-ups we’d have to do. At this point we were already 150 reps (EACH) in and would probably still have at least 8 more sets of 30 left. If you’re decent at math, you can see that we’d be close to 400 GHDs each by the end of it and decided to drop the reps to 15 each time, after the 150 mark, so ended up doing 270, which is waaaay more than enough. The sled was a formality at that point, since we were already smoked and over an hour in. We probably could’ve/should’ve stopped, but we’re stubborn and silly. In the end it was “fun” in our own weird way but I don’t know if I’m glad we did it lol

In honor of the semifinal athletes taking of heavy Isabel, @aaron_helmly and I decided to put our own spin on Grace. Not just double Grace, not even triple or penta Grace, but DECA GRACE! 🤯 A) 5 Rounds For Time: 30 Cal Echo Bike Each (Same Time) 30yd Handstand Walk (YGIG - 15yd each w/ 180 Pirouette Every 5yd) 30 Rope Climbs (Shared) *6 Rope Climbs Less Each Round *30 min CAP on A At min 32 start B B) “Deca Grace” For Time: 300 Clean and Jerks (135, 95) Once Done B Start C C) 8 min to Build to a Heavy Power Clean Yeah, we know we’re insane 🤪 Probably don’t even send this to someone to try… #WeeklyBeast 👹

This #WeeklyBeast is titled “Couples Therapy” and is brought to you by @blacksmifff and @jessi.smifff ! 👩‍❤️‍👨 5 rounds for time: 50 cal C2 bike 10 deadlifts (275) + 5 power cleans (275) 15 synchro bar facing burpees *first two movements shared however We also didn’t want to miss out the @peak360fitness class so from the time we finished the above, until minute 30, we built up to a heavy complex of: 1 high hang power clean 1 low hang power clean 1 clean from the floor Thennnnn starting at min 32, we did: 3 rounds 3 Minutes Work, 1 min Rest 15 DB Sit-ups 25 Push-ups Max Reps Burpee Toes to Bar Scores: Couples Therapy - 18:26 Complex - Aaron 235✅245❌ Noah 275✅ 305❌ Burpee TTB - Noah - 56 A whole lot of working out but clearly we don’t take ourselves too seriously! Fitness should be fun. Tag a friend. Do fun fitness with em. Or “Couples Therapy” if you need it! 😅

For time: Every 5 min complete 400m run buy-in (starting at 0) In remaining time: 100 DB deadlifts (70, 50) 80 DB front rack lunges (60, 40) 60 DB snatch (50, 35) 40 DB box step ups (60, 40) 20 DB burpee clusters (70, 50) Rest 2 min 400m run (each) relay Pace the runs in the workout, FULL SEND the relay! Let’s see those wheels. Who are you recruiting to be your teammate for this one?

You asked so we ……answered below 👇👇 1.     Do I Have to wear a shirt -The world is your oyster! Where one, take it off, up to you! 2.    Are there team workouts? -Nope! Every open workout is completed individually 3.    Divisions to compete in -There are 3 divisions! RX, Scaled and Foundations! A division for anyone and everyone. 4.    Is there a dog division? -See Max or Kobe for that answer please 5.    How do FNL work? -On Thursday at 6pm you will be able to sign up for a heat on Friday on your peak app the same way that we would for class. Then on Friday you’ll show up an hour before your heat to warmup and be briefed on the workout! We’ll run heats all night till everyone is done. 6.    What is the Friday class schedule in the afternoon? -only a 3:45 class. Then the coaches will kick off FNL around 5:30.  7.    What does the heat schedule look like? -the heat schedule will be determined based off of how long the workout is. You’ll be able to sign up for a heat on the peak app Thursday at 6pm!  8.    How do I sign up for heats? -You’ll be able to sign up for your heat at 6pm on Thursday directly on the peak app!  9.    When do the workouts get released? -3PM every Thursday!  10.    When are the workouts due? -8PM every Monday!  11.    How do I submit a workout? -go to your athlete account on games.crossfit.com and there will be a big block to click that will allow you to submit your score  12.    If I beat guido do I get a membership?? -You’ve got to beat Vida for that as well @crossfitgames 🏆 Send this to a friend @ Peak that needs some to get w the 411 📲☎️😁
