A few weeks ago, we had the pleasure of hosting a student portfolio review, offering guidance and feedback to a group of incredibly talented up-and-coming designers. What we didn’t expect was just how inspired we would feel in return; each portfolio was a powerful reminder of the creativity, passion, and potential shaping the future of design.
Swipe through to explore some of the standout work from the day. We couldn’t be prouder of these students and are excited to watch their journeys unfold. If this is just the beginning, we have no doubt we’ll be seeing much more of their amazing work in the years to come!

Last month, five judges from AAF chapters outside our city awarded Best of Show in the American Advertising Awards to @crowleywebb for its 2025 “Billieve Together” Playoff Campaign. The work was created on behalf of its long-standing client, @mandt_bank , and their partnership with the @buffalobills .
The “Billieve Together” campaign theme was built on the simple truth that Buffalo never stops believing. Every victory. Every snowstorm. Every heartbreak.
The campaign kicked off with a free playoff flag at branches and carried through games, social and the community as the team advanced.
To say the creative was well received is an understatement. In just 48 hours, 25,000 flags sold out. Online, the campaign drove record-breaking engagement, follows, likes and shares. But beyond the numbers, it became a citywide rallying cry that Buffalo will always Billieve. The flags were everywhere. And a year later, they still are – even in the offseason. We’d go as far to say they’ve become a quintessential symbol of 2020s football in Buffalo.
Congratulations on the win, Crowley Webb. It was certainly well deserved.
